Why it is this small
Small by design. Senior by default.
We keep the firm small so every mandate gets partner time, and we take on fewer engagements than we are asked to. Where a mandate needs licensed representation or deep local expertise in a jurisdiction we do not cover ourselves, we bring in the specialist and remain accountable for the outcome.
Between us we have been general partners of funds, sat on investment committees, and run investments, mergers, acquisitions, cross-border expansions, flips, reverse flips and listings. That combination — having decided deals from the investor's chair and built the companies on the other side of them — is the whole point of the firm.
